A poor print can be caused by material, slicer settings, nozzle, extruder, temperature, mechanics or calibration. Changing twenty settings at the same time therefore does not help.
Make a small reproducible test and change one relevant variable. Also look for mechanical causes before completely rewriting a software profile.
Check the bed surface, cleaning, nozzle height, mesh or levelling, temperature and actual filament flow. A first layer that is good in one area and poor in another may point to flatness or mesh; being too loose everywhere points more towards Z offset.
Listen for clicking sounds, look for varying line width and measure filament feed. Check the nozzle, extruder gear, tension, filament diameter and hotend temperature. A partial blockage may only become visible at higher flow.
With repeatable shifts, play, resonance, bent shafts, loose belts or bearings. Check freedom of movement with the printer powered off where appropriate and compare mechanical position with what the firmware expects.
